WasherCap™ ACL Fixation System
The WasherCap™ family of devices has been designed to answer the high requirements of soft-tissue graft fixation. WasherCap™ provides a combination of strength and stiffness, to ensure proper graft osseointegration and deliver excellent biomechanical properties.

Bi-Planar Fixation
Achieves an unparalleled fixation in two planes, replacing traditional "inline" fixation with two different points of fixation in a single device. This eliminates the need for back-up or secondary fixation.

Knotless, Adjustable-Tension Graft Fixation
This unique graft-to-device fixation, independent from patient's bone quality, allows for adjustment of tension even after locking fixation, without damage to the soft tissue graft.

Dual Fixation Mechanism
Provides superior rigid fixation for optimized healing through independent device-to-cortical bone and suture-to-device fixation, yielding higher mechanical pull-out strength and reduced cyclic displacement.
LOWEST RESIDUAL DISPLACEMENT STARTING AT TIME ZERO
Biomechanical tests demonstrated that ACL reconstructions using the WasherCap™ device provided a superior fixation strength on the tibial side compared to standard fixation devices, with a deviation of 9% thanks to its internal fixation mode. The minimal displacement (0,5 mm) of the device under cyclic loads provides greater safety during the patient rehabilitation period.
