WasherCap™ Mini Fixation System
The WasherCap™ Mini Fixation System expands the possibilities and indications of the WasherCap™ family, providing knotless, adjustable-tension fixation of standard sutures and tapes. The independent suture-to-device fixation delivers superior rigid fixation without relying on cancellous bone quality, resulting in exceptional displacement and pull-out strength performance.
Knotless, Adjustable-Tension Suture Fixation
This unique suture-to-device fixation, independent from patient's bone quality, allows for adjustment of tension after locking fixation, without damage to the sutures.
Bi-Planar Fixation
Achieves an unparalleled fixation in two planes, replacing traditional "inline" fixation with two different points of fixation in a single device. This eliminates the need for back-up or secondary fixation.
Dual Fixation Mechanism
Independent device-to-cortical bone and suture-to-device fixation yields higher mechanical pull-out strength and reduced cyclic displacement.
SUPERIOR MECHANICAL PERFORMANCE
Biomechanical tests demonstrated that ACL All inside reconstruction using the WasherCap™ Mini 4.5mm provided minimal displacement under cyclic loads compared to standard fixation devices.
